Our journey began when three iconic brands – P3 Research, AusTrials and Holdsworth House, united to combine their individual strengths. This amalgamation brought together over 20 years of collective experience, state-of-the-art facilities, and a shared passion for pushing the boundaries of clinical research which brought them together to form Momentum.
Momentum Clinical Research is a leading and respected independent clinical trials company dedicated to performing high quality clinical studies. We have been trusted to perform over 200 clinical studies on behalf of worldwide pharmaceutical companies, contract research organisations and individual researchers. As a result we have accumulated a large volunteer database for our clinical trials.
Momentum operates 14 clinical research sites across New Zealand and Australia which are capable of undertaking a range of studies, from small scale early Phase Ib trials to participation in international Phase IV studies, and post-marketing investigations.
We have also performed research looking at issues such as patient compliance and development of delivery devices. Momentum Clinical Research does not conduct any experiments on animals.
Our staff includes doctors, nurses, professional researchers and administrative personnel. Staff members are highly motivated and provide a safe and comfortable environment for volunteers, whilst at the same time delivering a professional, high quality and efficient service for sponsors.
Our sites also work with a number of local specialists who function as investigators and provide expertise in a variety of therapeutic areas such as cardiology, endocrinology, diabetes, gynaecology, dermatology, gastroenterology and general medicine.
