Influenza, commonly known as the flu, is a highly contagious respiratory illness caused by influenza viruses. Vulnerable populations such as the elderly, young children, and those with underlying health conditions are at a higher risk of severe illness from the flu.
Annual vaccination is the most effective way to prevent the flu and its complications, reducing the risk of illness and transmission within communities.
We are conducting a research study exploring an investigational flu vaccine. This vaccine contains an additional antigen that aims to enhance protection against different strains of influenza.
The study has a duration of approximately 3-weeks and involves 2 visits to the clinic and 1 vaccination.
Eligible participants will be compensated for time and travel-related costs.
