Josh joined Momentum Clinical Research to lead the organisation’s strategic direction and played a key role in orchestrating the merger of its three founding companies—AusTrials, P3 Research, and Holdsworth House. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping Momentum’s vision and driving its operational success.

With a passion for delivering transformational outcomes, Josh brings extensive expertise in managing complex stakeholders, developing and executing strategic plans, building high-performing teams, and driving lasting structural change. His approach centres on innovation, collaboration, and driving measurable business outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.

Before joining Momentum, Josh served as Chief Operations Officer at Tamaki Health, where he oversaw day-to-day operations and significantly contributed to the company’s performance. His earlier career includes successful roles with major global brands, such as Samsung, British Sky Broadcasting, and Vodafone, where he focused on operational excellence and growth.

Outside of the office, you’ll find Josh running the New Zealand’s Great Walks in a single day—while most walk them in three! He’s also an enthusiastic coach for his children’s sports teams and loves hosting dinners for friends and family.
