Ruben leads the financial operations at Momentum Clinical Research, driving the organisation’s financial strategy and performance. With a robust commercial background, Ruben’s career spans financial positions within the entertainment industry with Warner Bros, Universal Pictures, Sony, and Pacific Renaissance. 

Before joining Momentum, Ruben served as General Manager at Metro Performance Glass, where he successfully led the Marketing, National Sales, and Technical teams. His expertise lies in business strategy, change management, leadership, and talent development. Ruben is passionate about building and empowering skilled teams to drive meaningful business transformation and deliver sustainable results.

Outside of work, you’ll find Ruben trail running through New Zealand’s native forests or kayaking and cycling as he trains for the Coast-to-Coast multisport event, with his young family cheering him on.
