Sue provides leadership for the teams at Momentum's eight sites across New Zealand, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in executive and health management. Her leadership is grounded in a people-centered approach, focusing on collaborative teamwork and individual development.
 
Before joining Momentum, Sue served as CEO of Franklin Hospice, where she excelled in healthcare operations and improving patient care. She has also held senior operational roles in both the healthcare and education sectors, demonstrating her versatility and ability to navigate complex and dynamic environments. Sue's expertise spans strategic planning, human resource management, financial oversight, and managing multi-site operations.
 
Known for her entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach, Sue is adept at tackling challenges and driving results. Her commitment to cultivating a culture of achievement and staff growth is a cornerstone of her leadership at Momentum.
 
Outside of work, Sue enjoys living on her lifestyle block where she is busy working on a wetland project which will repopulate native flora and fauna in the Hunua Ranges area of Auckland.  Sue loves to travel and aims to go somewhere different each trip both within NZ and internationally to visit family and friends who are spread across every continent.
